Designed specifically for cleanroom lighting applications, the CRD-4 integrates a factory-sealed COB LED engine that’s field-replaceable and serviceable from below. It offers a wide range of color temperatures (2700K–5000K) and CRI options up to 97+, including high R9 values for enhanced color rendering, critical for tasks requiring visual accuracy. The luminaire supports full-range dimming to 1% via a 0–10V protocol, with optional DALI drivers available. Its high efficacy (up to 97 lm/W) and long lifespan (L70 > 60,000 hrs) ensure reliable, energy-efficient performance.

What sets the CRD-4 apart is its antimicrobial finished trims, available in gloss or matte white polyester powder coating. These finishes help inhibit microbial growth, supporting hygiene protocols in sensitive environments. The trim is secured with EPDM closed-cell gaskets that seal the lens and reflector, preventing air leakage and contamination. Installation is flexible, with compatibility for grid, drywall, and cleanroom panel ceilings up to 2.5” thick. The adjustable plaster ring allows for vertical alignment post-installation, simplifying setup in varied ceiling types.

The CRD-4 is certified for wet locations and NSF2 splash zones, with ingress protection rated at IP65.
