CRRV6

The CRRV6 is a high-performance recessed lighting solution designed specifically for cleanrooms and other controlled environments where reliability, cleanliness, and visual comfort are essential. Part of the Certolux Reveal6 family, this narrow linear luminaire delivers sealed illumination while maintaining a low-profile, shallow plenum design for installations with limited ceiling space. Built with a formed steel housing, extruded aluminum frame, and a seamless protective polycarbonate lens, the CRRV6 is engineered to withstand demanding healthcare, pharmaceutical, food processing, and laboratory environments. The fully luminous aperture creates a clean, modern appearance while providing consistent illumination across the space. Its protective room-side lens is permanently secured with a high-bond adhesive gasket, helping to reduce contamination risks and support the stringent requirements associated with cleanroom lighting applications.

The CRRV6 is available in 24", 48", and 96" lengths and offers field-selectable lumen outputs and correlated color temperature (CCT) settings ranging from 3000K to 5000K. This flexibility allows facility managers, designers, and contractors to tailor light levels and color appearance to the specific needs of each environment. High-efficiency LED modules are closely regulated to maintain color consistency, lumen performance, and efficacy throughout their operating life, with an L80 lifetime exceeding 60,000 hours. Standard 80 CRI performance supports accurate visual tasks while minimizing maintenance requirements over time.

Unlike a traditional strip luminaire, the CRRV6 is specifically designed for applications where sealing, durability, and environmental control are critical. The fixture installs into 1" T-Bar NEMA LE4 Type G ceilings and features a shallow 2" housing depth that makes it ideal for projects with restricted plenum spaces. Its programmable constant-current driver supports 0-10V dimming down to 1%, enabling energy savings and enhanced lighting control. Available emergency battery pack options further support occupant safety and operational continuity during power interruptions.
