This surface mount inset door luminaire is completely sealed to provide a vermin proof design, ensuring that contaminants and pests are kept out of sensitive environments. Built for durability and compliance, it meets NSF2 standards for splash zones and non-food zones, with an option for food zone certification.

CRIS LED luminaires deliver exceptional illumination with long-life LEDs and high-efficiency drivers, achieving L80 performance beyond 50,000 hours. For specialized applications, the series offers narrow spectrum red LED options with precise wavelength control (635nm peak) and zero UV output, making it ideal for environments requiring controlled light conditions. Standard white LED configurations provide uniform brightness with low total harmonic distortion (THD <10%) and smooth dimming capability (0–10V, 1%).

Designed for demanding cleanroom standards, the CRIS series combines rugged construction with advanced sealing technology. The housing is precision-formed from 20-gauge cold-rolled steel and TIG welded for strength. A silicone-based gasket seals the door frame to the housing, while captive stainless-steel fasteners with integral silicone O-rings ensure a secure fit and extended life. The lens compartment is protected by a .125" acrylic lens, sealed with silicone for maximum integrity. Optional lens materials include tempered glass and prismatic polycarbonate for tailored performance.

The CRIS series is optimized for surface mount lighting applications, featuring pre-drilled mounting holes and a knockout for wiring. Available in multiple sizes (1x1, 1x2, 1x4, 2x2, 2x4), it offers lumen packages ranging from 925 to 15,000 lumens, making it suitable for both small and large cleanroom spaces. Reflector options include a high-reflectance VF1 specular aluminum reflector for enhanced light distribution.

Every CRIS luminaire is CSA and UL approved, IP65 rated, and backed by a 5-year limited warranty.
